This is a challenge so it is not going to be a cake walk. You’re going to have to commit your time and push your limits to the maximum but with consistent effort and intensity you can and will achieve beach ready! You’ll need to skip out on the cake and eat the good stuff! You’ll need to kick butt in the gym and maybe even get up earlier to run the morning trails.
